Fitting Company has reached a twenty-year milestone,

welcoming the coronation ceremony,

and stepping toward a new starting point.

Chairman Mr. Xu Jinghe delivered a speech, reviewing and summarizing the company's 20-year development journey and looking ahead to the future. Looking back, in 2003, Fitting started from a shabby little house, with just a few pieces of equipment and great passion, embarking on the entrepreneurial path of Fitting people. Having weathered the 2008 financial crisis, the equity changes in 2010 and 2016, and adjustments in management and operations, we emerged from difficulties and embraced new development opportunities. However, the road to entrepreneurship has not been smooth. In the past three years, the pandemic has raged, and we have also faced enormous pressure. Nevertheless, we rose to the challenge. In the challenging market environment of 2023, we still achieved sales of 120 million yuan — though a slight decrease, this hard-won result embodies the hard work and team spirit of every Fitting employee. Looking ahead, our goals are: to "build an advanced machinery manufacturing enterprise with international competitiveness"; to expand into the bicycle market and the military industry, striving for a breakthrough from parts manufacturing to complete vehicle assembly; to actively develop overseas markets and establish subsidiaries; to bring in outstanding talent, improve performance appraisal and employee career development systems, and effectively promote the common growth of employees and the company; to strengthen corporate culture and highlight our distinctive characteristics; to carry forward the spirit of "striving for excellence" while innovating on our own foundations; and to uphold public welfare undertakings and contribute to social harmony and progress.

General Manager Ms. Hu Qimin delivered a speech, summarizing the company's performance over the past year in sales, product R&D, new client development, customer service, and management improvements. She also analyzed the current domestic and international market conditions: diversified customer demands, intensifying competition, and continuous technological innovation. Based on market analysis and the company's actual situation, she put forward goals for the new year, including increasing sales, improving the success rate of new products, raising production efficiency, cultivating and recruiting talent, strengthening corporate culture, and actively expanding overseas markets. She expressed the hope that by achieving these goals, the company's business and image will be comprehensively enhanced, ensuring its stable development.

Speech by an Outstanding Senior Employee Representative

"Just as a single flower does not bring spring — only a garden full of blossoms does," said outstanding employee representative Zheng Fuping. In his seven years with the company, he has grown from an apprentice to someone who can now independently and skillfully operate CNC lathes and automated equipment. From sharpening tools to programming, many people have generously passed on their knowledge to him. He will continue to uphold this spirit of knowledge sharing and contribute to the company's vigorous development.

Zhu Chenhui, a veteran employee who has worked in the sales department for 18 years, said she has witnessed the company's growth and development. From a shabby little workshop to a standardized factory, from an obscure small company to an industry leader, she has experienced all the ups and downs of the company's evolution, and her perseverance has grown alongside the company's progress.
